our Spring 2018 Walk-Jog Programme starts Tuesday 17 April

Whatever your reason for wanting to run, the Tweed Striders Spring 2018 Walk-Jog is the perfect place to start.   Delivered by Tweed Striders Head Coach and Leaders in Running Fitness, the Spring Walk-Jog will start on Tuesday 17 April, 6.30 pm, at the Swan Centre (we meet in the cafe area).  Initially sessions will last approx 30 mins, building to one hour, and, at the end, you will be well on your way to becoming a runner.


Numbers will be limited to 25 and places will be available on the night on a "first come first served" basis.  However, as this course is likely to prove very popular, to guarantee your place we would strongly advise you to book in advance.  The cost for the 10 weeks is £20 (to be paid in full at the start) and includes a free entry to July’s Curfew Run.

The Tweed Striders Fitness, Fun and Friendship Group !
