our Autumn 2017 Walk-Jog Programme starts Tuesday 12 September

 

At Tweed Striders we know exactly how it feels to be a new runner so, whatever your reason for wanting to run, the Tweed Striders Autumn 2017 Walk-Jog Programme is the perfect place to start.  This ten-week programme willl be delivered by Tweed Striders Head Coach and Leaders in Running Fitness.  It starts on Tuesday 12 September at 6.30 pm 2017 - we meet in the cafe area of the Swan Centre - and, at the end, you will be well on your way to becomming a runner.  Initially sessions will last approximately 30 minutes, building up to one hour as the course progresses.  The cost is £1 per week.

The Tweed Striders Fitness, Fun and Friendship Group !

The Tweed Striders Fitness, Fun and Friendship Group takes place every Tuesday, 6.30 pm, at the Swan Centre (meet in the cafe area).  This is open to present and past walk-joggers, Tweed Striders members and anyone looking to jog / run with like-minded people in a supportive, friendly and non-competitive environment.  £1 per session.  For further information call Caroline McDermott on 01890 818416 / 07526 387083 or Judith Thompson on 01289 302723 / 07980 395349 or just turn up !
