DATE  FOR  YOUR  DIARY  :  Spring 2017 Walk-Jog Programme starts Tuesday 25 April

Do you want to start running but aren’t quite sure how to start ?  Perhaps you’re worried you’ll look “daft” ?  Or are you just looking to get fit - and have fun - through running with like-minded people ?

At Tweed Striders we know exactly how it feels to be a new runner so, whatever your reason for wanting to run, the Tweed Striders Spring 2017 Walk-Jog Programme is the perfect place to start.   This ten-week programme will be delivered by fully qualified and experienced Leaders in Running Fitness.  It will start on Tuesday 25 April at 6.30 pm at the Swan Centre and, at the end, you will be well on your way to becoming a runner.  Initially sessions will last approximately 30 minutes, building up to one hour as the course progresses;  the cost is £1 per week.

The Tweed Striders Fitness, Fun and Friendship Group !
